Christmas Nightmare

Christmas Nightmare by Jean-Marie Donat

According to folktales, ads, and toy stores, Santa Claus is always portly and joyous. But is it really true? What if Santa Claus has a hidden face, far removed from the cheery Christmas spirit? From the 30's to the 70's, this incredible gift book offers a portrait gallery of the worst, weirdest, ugliest, and most shocking Santa Claus figures in recent history. The art collector Jean-Marie Donat travelled to flea markets around the world to assemble this unimaginable collection of a Christmas nightmare.
