Friday the 13th The Final Chapter (1984) - DVD - used

Also known as Friday the 13th Part 4. Or "The Jason movie with Corey Feldman and Crispin Glover". 

In any case, it's really impressive that by 1984 we were on our 4th Friday movie. Turns out this would not be the "final" one.
