Also known as Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday, or maybe just Friday the 13th Part 9. 

Regradless, this 9th installment saw original Friday creator Sean Cunningham come back (as a Producer) with the mission of making this installment wildly different from the others. This disc includes both the original R rated version and an Unrated version of the movie.
